Return and Refund Policy

We hope you are completely satisfied with your purchase from Flip Auto Parts. If for any reason you are not, we will do our best to address the issue. Our team is ready to assist you via email at [email protected]. To proceed with a return, please review our refunds and returns policy. The following terms apply to all products purchased from us:

Your right to cancel your order

Before arrival:

You have the right to cancel your order within 12 hours without giving any reason by sending a request via email to [email protected].

After arrival:

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision by means of a clear statement indicating:

  • Order number
  • Date of purchase
  • Invoice
  • Reason for return
  • Photo of the item if it does not match the description on our site

The deadline for returning an item is 24 business hours from our approval.

We will issue a refund within 14 days of receiving the returned merchandise. We will use the same payment method you used for the order, and only charge the shipping cost that cannot be refunded.

Conditions for returns:

In order for the goods to be eligible for a return, please ensure that:

  • The goods have been received within the last 14 days
  • The goods are in their original packaging

The following goods cannot be returned:

  • The supply of goods made to your specifications or clearly customized
  • The supply of goods which, by their nature, are not suitable for return, deteriorate rapidly, or whose expiry date has expired

We reserve the right to refuse the return of any merchandise that does not meet the above return conditions at our sole discretion.

Return of goods:

You are responsible for the cost and risk of returning the goods to us. You should send the goods to the sender's address if present on the package or via the email request to [email protected] indicating the order number in question. We cannot be held responsible for goods that are damaged or lost during return shipping. Therefore, we recommend using an insured and traceable mail service. We are unable to issue a refund without actual receipt of the goods or proof of delivery of the return received.
