We offer delivery to your home or at meeting points depending on the products and your location. Your parcels are in good hands as we work with trusted couriers such as UPS, FEDEX, DHL, GLS, DPD, and others.

Shipping Cost:

Products and/or services are usually delivered within 3 to 5 working days from the order date (excluding weekends and public holidays). Shipping costs start from €25.00 + VAT and are calculated automatically based on the weight and volume of the purchased goods. The shipping cost will be displayed at the time of payment.

The delivery of goods is entrusted to qualified and experienced couriers such as UPS, FEDEX, DHL, GLS, DPD, and others who guarantee service and delivery times.

The time between the registration of the order and the delivery of the courier to the address indicated by the customer is the sum of two parameters:

  1. Preparation time (24 to 48 hours) = payment, preparation, and taking charge of the order by the courier.
  2. The delivery time of your order by the courier (from 72 hours). An email will inform you of the effective departure of the goods from our warehouses.

Customer Notice:

Due to the increased demand for courier services, deliveries may be delayed by a couple of days. This is because our couriers are currently at full capacity, and we ask for your understanding if there are any delays.

Attention:

If you notice that a package has been damaged upon receipt, please notify the courier or the Pickup parcel delivery service that delivered the shipment and ask for a parcel breakage report. The declaration must be sent by email to [email protected].

Once the ordered item has been accepted and signed without any comments on the waybill, the shipment is deemed to have been delivered in an orderly manner.
