NOTE: Sale is based on exchange - return of the old shock absorber is required. After paying for the service, please pay a deposit of 400 to our bank account.

The deposit is returned by bank transfer within a few business days after receiving the package with the old shock absorber along with the completed Deposit Return Form. The returned shock absorber cannot be mechanically damaged, i.e. it cannot have a damaged housing, cut wires, broken plugs, a bent piston rod, etc.

You can avoid the need to pay a deposit by sending your shock absorbers for regeneration along with a repair order, available on our website. After regeneration, the shock absorbers will be sent to you by return parcel and cash on delivery.
